Pizza Dough
1Cupwater lukewarm
2Cupsall-purpose flour
1tbspinstant yeast
1tbspsalt
Instructions
Combine the water, yeast and sugar in a bowl. Rest for 5 minutes.
Combine the flour and salt.
Add the yeast mixture and knead until you get a soft ball.
Place in a bowl and cover. Let rise for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough and form pizzas.
Top the pizzas with sauce and vegetables, cook for 15 minutes on the pizza stone.
